Would facelift front lip fit on prefacelift front bar?

Hey guys i've bought one of those "96-98 ctr style" lips on ebay which are supposedly facelift and i was wondering it fit on 99-00 facelift front bar?

yeah you can MOD it to fit im not sure how to but ive seen it done.
also 96-98 are never facelift mate so cant be "supposedly"
