Hi guys ,

tried to remove the rear wiper arm (the whole arm that attach to the motor) from the tailgate (EK) but could not do it!!

i removed the 10mm nut, but the wiper won't come off? ive tried twisting and pulling but it seems like its stuck from the other side? put heaps of wd40 and tried to pull it again but nothing moved !! maybe another nut on the inside?

any ideas ?

Thanks in advance

It's spring loaded.

You need to pry it out in a particular way which is very hard to describe over the net.

there is no other nut.

Have you taken the motor out?

I didn't do mine as I was stripping something else on my car at the time but my mate had no problems doing it..

Are you plugging it or what?

easier to mask it up, get some 18mm tape and some news paper.

I think you need to fold the wiper arm up (like when you fold it to clean the windows), then you push down on it several times to loosen it up before removing it.
