hi guys,
i have been trying to sell my EG vti Hatch for awhile now and just need some feedback to see if im asking too much for it!

its all stock except its lowered and it has 190xxx kms! the interior is immaculate and the exterior is pretty good!

im asking 9500 is that too much?

is there anything i can do to make it more appealing so i can just get rid of it?

i bought mine for just under 8k with 155k.

problem i found out when i rang my insurance company is that for a car more than 10 years old can't adjust the market value.

they told me a 95 EG vti in very good condition (ie low k's) is priced in the Glass's guide as at Feb 2005 for $11.2k but this is obviously just a guide...in the end your car is worth what someone is willing to pay for it.. if you find someone looking for a straight body EG in good condition they may well give you 8.5 - 9k.

I've notice ur car has been up for sale for a quite a while now. Maybe the reason why the car hasnt been sold is due to the high KMS and such a high price too. In my honest opinion i would try look for a car with lower Kms. In ur situation i would sell ur car at 6.5 - 7ks. I know it sounds a bit low but please realise ur car is high Kms. Theres alot of other cars out there at reasonable price with lower kms.

Anywyas good luck on ur sale and hope u get top price for it.
