Looks 'legit' but as for reliable, well that's another story. Ebay setups can often be 100% fine, but with little or no anecdotal evidence it's hard to decide if it's worth the risk. You just have to hope they have good QC. Often the design of the parts is fine because they're based on solid/old items.

Just remember that for it to be reliable to you need:
1. good parts
2. good tune

legit? in what way? i dont see any brand names to fake, or claims of 1000hp

theres nothing to not be legit about.

However, like dougie said, reliability is the question you should be asking.

You have to be careful with these ebay kits - they are cheap for a reason. If you are running low boost they are fine for a few months, but try and upgrade the turbo/wastegate/manifold ASAP.

The stainless steel manifolds crack but the cast log style manifolds are usually pretty good. They may offer 6 months warranty on the manifold, but when it does crack, are you prepared to wait weeks for a replacement? The turbos shit themselves pretty quickly on 10+ psi (so I have heard) so upgrade to a quality brand turbo when you get more funds.

They are also NOT a straight fit kit. You will need to slightly modify the intercooler piping to make it fit.

The kit may seem cheap, but by the time you get it fitted, get an ecu and get it tuned, and then upgrade to better quality parts, it will cost a fair bit. Factor in these extra hidden costs before you go ahead with anything.

Get one of these kits if you are serious about turbocharging
http://www.treadstoneperformance.com/product.phtml?p=25&cat_key=685&prodname=Acura+Integra+Turbo+Kit%2C+LS%2C+GS%2C+GS R+all+years

I have only heard good reviews about these. But again, fitting/ecu/tuning will cost extra $$$
Hope this helps :)
