maybe if you got an injen intake and not an ingen you would get more powers

At the risk of sounding harsh, you've been here 5 months which surely would be ample time to find suitable info if you did some reading instead of asking to be spoon fed
A bit of searching or even just browsing the Integra section would do wonders

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to EKVTIR-T again.

Hey man, how are through Coilovers going? Personally, I'd get some sway bars or nice fitment rims... like 17x9+30. Otherwise... catback or aftermarket ECU.

found out that it was a lose bolt on the sway bar and had nothing to do with the coilovers ,,, iv got maxim works 4-2-1 headers 2.25 inch pipe with a cat (duno if high flow) all the way till last 2 mufflers ( gotta fix that ) and iv had some 17x7 fake te37 wid gay offset so selling those n i have the dc5r rims back on ,iv got a top n bottom sway bar dont think dc5s comes with both ?? iv got the cold air intake ( duno brand think injen) hoping to put a dc5r wing on , but also either wana make my mind up whelther to keep it or trade for dc5r , if i do keep i wana make it a sleeper weapon so engine mods is on my mind

1+ LSD, imo if your after keeping it to compete against turbo/sc cars your best bet is to go either K20 head K24a3 block or K24a3 complete engine.
Working the K24 engine has seen gains up to 200kw atw naturally aspirated.
If that is out of your budget then id suggest Kpro tunable computer

Once the K24 is in my car I'll take you for a drive... apparently good 'bang for buck' n/a mod for a DC5.
But yes... LSD, clutch, lightweight flywheel and final drive.
u mad?

Why is everyone suggesting an lsd? dc5r lsd is more than sufficient for street use/entry level tracking im sure? unless you're talking about the type s which has no lsd from factory.
And a $20k, 200kw na k24 isn't exactly a 'bang for buck' mod LOL
Edit- oh i see the op has a type s LOL, then yes, lsd would be a good idea.

LSD aids you through a corner like you see a driving line on car games.

This
roughly 7k fully installed and tuned (assuming you've already got all the supporting mods/workshop does the work for you)

If i had a DC5R or S, K24a3 engine can be picked up for like $800, add a better oil pump for more revs ie K20a etc say around $1500 for nessesary upgrades 50Degree VTC, new seals, oil what ever etc
The engine swap isnt that hard as the chassis already has a K series, so i would probably swap it myself, Other wise backyarders $300-500
BYP boys have a package for a K-pro and tune for $1750
all up ~ $4500 , sell K20A/Z engine for $2500-3500 so say between will cost you $1000-2000 and your laughing 150kw atw + shit load of torque.
or you can have that built motor
+ add what ever modifications or engine built ~$5000-8000

The S/C is probably the best bang for bucks as the total outlay is less,
But you'll be faster with a turbo. (But the total cost is also more)
http://www.full-race.com/store/turbo-kits/honda-acura-k-series-t3-turbo-kit.html
Last one I did made 280kw @ the wheels @ 12psi (Internally Std AUDM DC5R K20A)
+ RBC, 3" Ex, Bosch 1000cc inj, walbro pump in tank, K-pro etc
Turbo used was a GT3076R,
K's love boost... Be that S/C or Turbo.
Personally I prefer turbo, but it does cost more to get it right.
(& don't forget the clutch will need to be upgraded)

The good rotrex ones from the UK still delete the power steering (EP3 kit), though I could be wrong.
I don't know of a DC5 kit that keeps everything. (Except for crappy roots type systems that aren't worth a pinch of shit)

Damn, 280kw on a standard k20a2! im sure the power delivery wouldn't be as linear as a supercharged setup though?

I've already requested that he stop posting my stolen private non-watermarked pics, as well as the reason why.
I've requested a few times that he delete my stolen private pics too.
I've also requested he be banned for continuing to break forum rules.
I've posted them elsewhere on other forums if anyone genuinely wants to see them, drop me a PM. This is a Honda Forum, not Lexus.....

The power delivery of turbo engines is not linear like as with S/C engines becasue turbo's make loads more mid range than S/C engines ever can.
That K20 is on full boost by 3500rpm with flat torque from 3500rpm to 8500rpm.

wow. Do you have a dyno graph of that setup?
Benson
09-11-2011, 07:36 AM
Going back with what a few people has mention, a 2.4l bottom end would make a nice addition to the engine. More torque and more power everywhere!
Here is a dyno graph for some comparison
