So my front passenger side central locking isn't working, a quick google search tells me this is the actuator. So I order one off ebay and attempt to fix this problem following the nice pdf guide.

I get to taking the door panel off and then disconnect the cable for the electric window, the cable was in there pretty damn good and when I managed to disconnect it, a plastic cover and set of electrical contacts fell out.

At this point I was thinking, whatever go on and try to fix the problem but then it turns out that I couldn't get the actuator out since I had the window down.

SO I go to try to raise the windows but it doesn't work, I try to put it all back together and still it isn't working. Now to top it off, my lock button on the keys doesn't work.

Tl;dr - How much is Honda gonna charge me to fix this window + central locking.
I've already got an actuator, anyone know if Honda will use this or make me buy their one?

I'll call and ask for a quote, does anyone know a good auto electrician in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne?

if you took photo's we might be able to help, but just sounds like you're only going to make things worse.
