What's the best out there? Or is there any that will hold up to f1 type of engine speeds?

Or as close to it, if possible. I've heard of rods stretching from high g loads.

Rods are not the only consideration at that RPM. Your valve springs can't keep up, and you'll end up with valve float. F1 cars use pneumatic valves to overcome this problem.

of course there is. They have them in F1s dont they? They use titanium alloys.
but what motor is this for?
Trick Titanium, Pankyl & Arrow to name a few, what motor, application & budget?
The heavier the rod the stronger the rod, but does weight concern you? If its a race motor and getting stripped frequently and you have a ton of money as you normally throw them at intervals then aluminium rods might suit, there are heaps of people who make them, but only a certain few make good ones.
Maybe consult your engine builder?
