I replaced the b16 motor with a b20b motor. The b16 cylinder head is still in standard condition. I replaced the pistions, compression rings and bearings. compression is 11.1.
Had the parts balanced and the crank polished. Also installed a breather can to relieve crankcase pressure.

I had a 63 millimetre stainless steel three box exhaust installed. I havent dyno tuned the car as yet. Next week i am going to have the outlet exhaust manifold made.

My preference is 4-2-1.

Please bear in mind I have a pair of Aem cam gears, going to install directly after fitment of exhaust manifold then dyno tune with installation of after market management system.

My concern is the best pipe dimensions for the exhaust manifold ? I plan to use the aem cam gears on the standard camshafts.

Has anyone a similiar or exactly the same set up. Please help me ?

Ive got a stock pistoned stock JDM B16a head setup. I made 121.5kw atw with Toda 4-2-1 headers, and 2.5 cat, 2.75" jun exhaust
swapped headers to RMF narrow and added Fujita CAI and made 125kw atw
