How to read log book

Hi all, tried to search but didn't find anything.

Just wondering if anyone knows how to read the log-book that comes with the EP3?
The one I'm looking at is obviously all in Japanese, but there are two separate books. I'm at a lost on how to read it lol

Just the gist of it really. I'm just trying to determine whether it was serviced at the correct intervals and the books filled out or not.
Also has anyone else got two of the same log-books with their car?
