Ngk recommends the BKR5E-11 and i trust ngk over mechanics or repco, if you read post 3 in this link it should help comfim that they are the right plugs, http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?89163-Using-the-wrong-Iridium-Spark-Plug&p=1658561&viewfull=1#post1658561

Omg that means i gotta put my old ones back in -_- the mechanic said that the NGK ZFR5J-11 is the right one and will use less fuel.

Ngk and my honda service manual Recomend the ZFR5J-11(normal driving conditions) or ZFR6J-11(Hot climates or continuous high speed driving) for the D16Y4.

You can use this link to work out what plugs your car needs.
