just wondering what the line from the throttle body to the end of the engine block is, shown in this picture.

I see throttle body, but i don't see engine block.

I reckon you are talking about PCV valve !!!!

no engine block in the photo obviously, but the line does run from the throttle body along side the engine towards the firewall.

That isn't the PCV valve because the PCV valve for the k series is on the other side. A little hose piece about 5-8cm long roughly next to the Power steering pump connecting to the Intake Manifold

it runs along next to the line that goes to the brake booster

What i know this hose in normal Honda goes to EVA canister.
