Low idle on eg vti d16y1

1995 eg civic vti with original d16y1 idling to low.

Just changed head gasket and cleaned the intake manifold/throttle body and now the car idles at about 200rpm. I unwound the idle screw and still no change.

Also the air temp sensor seems to have played up too so would this affect the idle?

Any other way to bump the idle up?

Clean your IACV, adjust your FITV. Try those before the air temp sensor IMO. Quick search mate, there are DIY's here on IACV/FITV.
