Ok so this is by far the most annoying this of all, II have just installed a new loom into my EG 92 the loom is from a EK i belive and it all matches up.. everything was working!

I have then taken out the cluster that was auto and installed the manual cluster and since i have done this the indicators do not work...

Fuses - check

Battery - check

Pluged in the hazard switch - check

black indicator relay things i swapped both - check

.......

..... can someone help me please?

You need to trace the wires, see if it's going to the correct pin.

hope you got wiring diagram and pinouts....

Hey mate, plug your auto cluster back in and see if its working. If its still not working i would replace all fuses in the fuse box, has happend to me before
where my indicators not working , it was the backup light fuse...

I would say check you grounds, 2 in the engine bay on the left and right side, and one under dash beside the driver side.

Double check for loose wiring, good luck buddy.

check the pins between the AUTO & Manual cluster.

the indicators could be in different Pin positions.

As you said when u had the AUTO Cluster it worked. and then you took it off to fit a manual cluster which didnt work.

i would assume the indicators are in different pin positions even though its a plug and play.

you may have to retro solder the correct pins to match the Manual Cluster.

i had to retro fit everything when i fitted a DC2R cluster into a ED/MAJ Concerto B16 :)

EDIT: You may also want to check the Flasher Relay as this could of shortened if the polarities of the indicator wiring are different to the AUTO vs MANUAL CLuster.

eg/ek have same indicator stalk for turning indicator. only left stalk is different as eg has rear squirter.
im not sure if ek has rear squirter but left stalk was different when i swap steering column.

Also if the hazard button is bad indicators are not gonna work. Check it

OK guys so I left it for a hr got back into it and it all worked... and then the issue reversed. so now, the indicators work but the hazards don't?

Sounds like the contacts on the Flasher Relays are locking up or yet again polarity issues.

There should be two flashers ...1 for your hazard and the other for the indicators.

Check them both or replace witha known working Flasher Relay.

Do you have any additional LED lights Amber lights connected to your existing indicators?

or are you using LED bulbs as a replacement for your indicator lights?

if you do, these can affect the blink delays and may also cause your indicators/hazards to malfunction if you are not using a resistor.

otherwise back to check the flasher relays.

i dont think it would be a fuse as the lights flash in both directions - hazard / indicator.

check yo relays.
