Is it the hiss, or the whine/whirr noise you're talking about?
I have no idea what's causing the hiss.. But i'd check your A/C system for leaks.. Doesn't sound like an exhaust issue.
And if it's the whine/whirr noise i had the exact same thing in my CB7, so i had the Alternator rebuilt and it's sweet now.

Cant hear much wrong except in the 2nd vid, from 0.26sec on, I can hear a noisey lifter.
So have the valve clearences checked. (Perhaps these were adjusted at last service)

My dad and mechanic uncle said it was a power steering bearing or altenator bearing. Its like a whine :/, however sounds like a owl to me XD

The lifters are actually quiet in real world XD

Could be getting air into the power steering pump somewhere that can cause a similar noise, easy way to rule this out is to check the resevoir for foaming while the cars running.
If you do find the power steering fluid is foaming/bubbling up then first thing is check all the hose connections, clamps, o-rings.

I'd agree with it having noisy lifters but its an f22 thing lol

0:09 the bearing way louder and 0:14 that noise is louder

do u think it could make it on a 1000k journey?

My power steering resevoir is always full and no bubble nothing.

Yeah it's impossible to remove the lifter noise.. It's just how they are

Are you sure that's what it is?

TAS are the best place i've found to get genuine and OEM replacement stuff for your Accord! Give them a look.. They have almost everything you'd ever need

I'd probably have a listen to each of the accessories in the area, hold something metal against each of them (power steering, alternator and air con) while the engines running and listen through the other end, you can use almost anything solid (eg. ratchet extension, breaker bar etc. or some sort of random metal bar you may have) if you do this you should be able to determine which pump the noise is coming from, this is a good test if you suspect noisy bearings, you'll usually get a sound like a whirring, buzzing or rubbing sort of noise if the bearings are worn
