undo the 4 bolts that hold the seat down.

take the seat out of the car

inspect it for yourself.

I reckon you have damaged rails, try to shake it with your hand and seee where the movment is coming from. Do what Bludger says.

so, you see the problem?

if you have identified the problem, then fix it.

If you're there, in front of it, and can't find the problem, how can we, over the internet?

You might not be able (why bother?) but someone could have or had the same problem and willing to help ,

lol my cousin had a simillar problem but much worse, when he would brake hard the passener seat would move all the way forward causing you to hit your knees on the dash!!!

i would take out the seat and check underneath for anything not sitting properly or sitting loose.

Take the seat out of the car, hold the seat rail and move it with your hand if there is movement than the seat rail is bad.
There are like a springs on each rail, if they are not holding well than the rail is bad.

I just took out the spring htat connects the side handle to the seat. Its a tiny one.

Now my seat doesnt slide forward when its folded forwards.. No biggie
