i just need to drive like 2kms to the tyre shop to get the tyres swapped around. should i or not? they're like sitting on each other atm, like the bolt and that rear bar lining part

i believe its cause the tyres are too fat, they're 45/245. so i want to swap it with a 235 40. hoping this will give it a little more room, as im on pretty short coilovers at the rear and it won't bounce neway
