Hi,
I am still juggling which way would be better for more pull on my EU3 either swapping to k20 or 24 or putting turbos on it. I recently had a quote for k20 at 10K OMG. I hav zro knowledge of mechanic sort of thing so that wont be able to do stuff myself. (No garage lol) Anyone knows or has done good turbo kit for d17a2 and installer in sydney area? Please x2 let me know.

there are very little bolt on turbo kits for the D17. Peak boost made then B4 they suddenly just stopped the production.
there are a few kits in the US which are very reliable as i have had talked to alot of the guys in the US about.
you should be able to get most of the Bits and pieces off ebay like piping and IC.
u can run DC5 injectors to run boost up to 5psi or u can run 440cc to run up to 12.
Hondata KPro or AEM are pretty much the only ECU you can use for the D17 that are reasonable price and decent.
Manifold you can get US made HKS Manifolds but they are very hard to find, PB used to make em but u might be able to find one floating around.
Dezod are very popular in the US and most D17 use their kits. Dont know if they are still im production tho.
if u want any detailed parts needed PM me about it

just a heads up, even if u think the kit itself wont cost as much as k20 swap, im willing to bet, since u wont be doing or fitting anything to the car, the turbo kit will add up nicely... not as much as 10k, but certainly more than what u would think....
factor in also, the tune and ecu, than also who can tune it safely, than also a whole host of other bits like clutch, tires brakes, endless list lol....
Op you have a lot of researching to do :)
