Hi, all.
Shipped from us for 10days and installed yesterday.
Custom hose from Earl's instantly when guys in the workshop got stucked.
Looks heaps better but I do not see any difference in operation to be honest unless
if I put heavy foot on it. Should check paddle oil(?) pressure or sth.
Guys told me its got 4pots at the front wheel so that ABS gets involved more often as
balance is bit broken in braking.
Well, this would be a sort of review. I hav words,
DO NOT EXPECT TOO MUCH

I know of a guy that is running a 500BHP AE92 Track car that lives by these brakes. Let me ask you, are you actually achieving a high enough speed where these brakes can actually become fully functional? Or are you getting to 80-120kph and jumping on the brakes? Also these brakes are a bit average in the wet weather from what I have been told.
p.s. Might want to get some new tyres before you start bad mouthing a product, Ive heard nothing but shit stories about F107s. A new set of tyres in a nice size should in combination with your new brakes give you bettering functioning braking.

Good point and I thought too did not mention any above though.
Well, my sis has Mazda CX7 (2.3 turbo) and when it brakes, feel like really hit the road spot somehow. (Pretty sure its got 2p at the front)
This could be comparision I guess. Also different paddle and braking setup could be involved.
The idea of what i ve got is given this previous experience basically.
No offence to wilwood lol

You're comparing a car that is bigger heavier and it will obviously have bigger brakes on the it. Its a car that is roughly 2500kg fully loaded, SHIT NEEDS TO STOP! A good bench mark is testing out another car similar to your own (minus the brakes) and then get a comparison. Each to their own when it comes to what brakes they want. Personally I'd probably hit up Project Mu, because Mu Blu looks epic.

As he said, you would need to brake at high speeds to tell the difference and get run better tyres. Which brake pads are you using as well?

ALSO! Make sure your brakes are set up correctly. Good fluids, none of this rubbish cheap off the shelf shit will help and make sure that all your hoses are tightly secure. Also just to back up what I said before, I don't really see t he desire to spend some hard earned cash on some hefty brakes when you are running THAT wheel/tyre combo on your car. You have a nearly none existant side wall and those rims are probably going to weigh a fair bit.
My advice, diet the shit out of your wheels. Not sure on the specs on your wheels, but you seem to still have some caliper clearance, drop the size and hopefully the weight then roll those up in some good quality tyres. You'd be surprised on how hard you'll start to brake when you knock off weight on your wheels.
All else fails, engine brake like a boss.
