Typre [R] Pistons and Rods

Will DC2 type R pistons and rod's fit into a DC4 non vtec and if so what would need to be done to get them in and what kind of perfomance gains will I see from it?? Will my compression go up as well? The engine's a B18B. So what do u's think?? Thanks

teh B18B has different crankshaft bearings compared to teh B18CR (thinner) so wont fit...

also dont think the B18CR pistons will fit on B18B rods.

so sorry. not possible without custom machining or custom rods...

So its a big expensive job thats not worth doing and Im better off getting teh DC2R
