Have you done a compression test to check which cylinders arnt firing ? If so which cylinders are not firing

Running in 2 cylinders means: A) distributor B) spark plug wires C) spark plugs D) dirty injectors
Do a compression test, If it's allright, than start pulling injectors plugs one by one and see which cylinder is going bad. Also do the same for Leads pull them one by one and see which one is bad.

Check timing, check if leads are in the right place. Check if you are getting sparks on all leads.
Check wiring from ecu to injectors.
Check the injectors.
Check if you getting good sparks,

I did not say injectors are not working, I said check if it's the injectors.

Are you running B18C injectors/rail or D16? You're confusing me.

Check plugs, check leads, check timing, check injectors (remove and have flow tested/cleaned).

Get yourself a multimeter, check the injectors ohm, between the 2 terminals, you should be getting around 13, if not it's bad injector, but that's does not mean that injectors are not clogged. check if you getting volt to the plugs.
are you getting any cel code ?
