Eg4 wipers not automatic

Hey guys. As the topic says I have an eg4 and my wipers don't automaticlly go back down..
If its on constant it does but if u press it up it just stops where u let go. Very annoying..
Is this normal?
If it is how do I fix it?

my eg does it too..you get used to it after a while but yes it is a fail design on hondas part
