2006 Accord Euro - Luxury/Sports Grille & Bumper

Hi guys, long time lurker first time poster ;)

If possible, I was after some help/confirmation regarding grilles and corresponding bumpers for an '06 Euro Luxury. I've searched for the info a few times without any luck so apologies if this has been covered before.

I recently purchased an '06 sports grille and was planning to fit this with the standard bumper as I was originally under the impression this was identical to the bumper used on the Sport model. I've now taken a closer look at both bumpers and it seems there are two differences: brake ducts and headlight washers.

My questions are:

1) Has anyone fitted a sports grille with the standard bumper? If so, are there any pics?

2) Was the Sports model ever released with headlight washers? If so, what is the part number for the bumper. If not, is there an easy way to fit the Sport bumper on a Luxury Euro with headlight wahers?

Sport grill will go straight into the 06 lux bumper.

As will the Euro R/sport lower lip onto the 06 lux bumper

As your most likely already aware the lux does not come with the lower lip from factory.
FYI to fit the lower lip you need to order the hardware kit. Email JDM Concept for the list (I supplied him with it)

hey i just fitted what you want not long ago and i have the lux facelift as well. looks great (y)
1. the sports grille fits perfect with the bumper (all bumpers are the same except lux has the washers hole)
2. the sports model did not have washers as it did not have HIDs. all bumpers are the same except the one in the pic that you wanted is a front under lip add on, not a different bumper.

ps i didnt use a hardware kit, just bought bolts and screws from supercheap and used the current spring clips. this is the diy i used http://www.tsxclub.com/forums/1st-gen-car-care/20957-06-08-euror-kit-installation.html

Thanks guys... wasn't aware that the Sport had a lower lip, thought it was a different bumper. This definitely makes things easier!

Will fit the grille first and see what it looks like on the standard bumper. If it looks strange I'll get the lip fitted.
