head bolt torque setting for D15B4

Hi I need to correct head bolt torque settings for my honda civic D15B4 engine. Also if anyone know where i can download a manual for this car?

68NM / 49lb/ft / 6.8kg-m

Make sure you torque them in the correct sequence and do a few passes before you get to 68NM to prevent the head from warping.
