Head gasket should be the same and you will need to use the B16A timing belt.
I recommend tunable ECU.

wouldnt he need b18c2 timeing belt cause the block is longer on the b18 no diff to the head thou?

I thought you would of had to use a b18 belt due to the b18 block being taller
Edit: Damn you beat me too it jdm18c lol

I assumed B16A because you use the B16 belt when you have a B16/B20VTEC frank (or at least this is what I have seen in person twice). Perhaps I am wrong though, feel free to correct me.

it should be fine
tuning may be a little bit off
but if u have the clam style intake then u will have to change the computer to suit

no the actual manifold it self
if u have the clam shell shaped one u will have to get a new manifold and a ecu to suit

Your integra vtir Injen intake will not fit with the b16a head, You will need a Dc2r Injen intake
You will need a p72 timing belt( from b18c2\b18c7)
You wont be able to use the C2 manifold on the b16a head, You need PR3 intake Manifold from b16 or b18c7
The tune will be slightly off with your stock ecu, you can chipped your ecu and run crome
