he suffers from the Epidermodysplasia verruciformis. Its pretty much abnormal human papilloma virus (hpv) on the skin. The warts and stuff get infected and turn into scaly macules and papules, and look like that in the above picture. Theres this guy named Dede, known as the "Tree Man", he had a severe ass case, but hes healing pretty well now.
