hey fellas, just bought a b18c2 that is obd2 and would like to swap my A1 engine.

1)If i convert to obd1, will a p72 obd1 work with the engine??

2)If yes, will i still need to change my stock intake manifold?

3) will i still purchase a distributor that would go with the obd1?

sorry, its my first swap so kinda new to this . THANKS

What ECU will you be running?

If you dont know what you are doing, its best to pay someone who's done it before to do the swap. It will certainly save yourself alot of headaches

OBDO isnt a good Idea for the B18C2 as yor OBDO harness is missing alot of important conectors and conectors are different.

your best bet is to run the B18C2 engine harness, get and OBDI cabin loom from a DC2 and incoorporate the loom to your exsisting cabin loom to get the PGMFI running. This will take some sound wiring knowledge of Honda PGMFI to get it done correctly.
