Calibarating VAFC2 for b18c7

Hi guys I've just installed a vafc2 on my b18c7 and have a few questions about initial setup.

First question: Sensor number, Theres an in setting and an out setting. Both can be adjusted from 01 to 06. Default is just 06-06 but im not sure what it should be for my motor.

Second Question: Vehicle type, theres three settings here.

Cyl, thr & v/t.

Cyl is obviously 4, throttle can have a diagonal up arrow, a diagonal down arrow and also some other picture I cant really describe but it may be nothing. V/T is vtec type. It can be set at 1,2,3. Im guessing one is d series type, b series type and i-vtec but I still dont know what number suits my motor.

When I put my foot to the floor its current saying im only using 80% throttle so either my cable is loose or the vafc is calibrated wrong. but regardless i'd like these settings to be correct on the unit. Thanks for any help in advance

Thanks for the effort but I already have a manual. The problem is (as far as I can tell) that it just tells you how to set it, not what figures to set it to.

I had a google but could only find instruction manuals

Actually none of those links seem to have the info I need. They are all either suited for other engines, not specific enough or for an entirely different car alltogether. My main concerns are the sensor type settings, vtec type and throttle setting which only seem to be covered for a d17 engine or vaguely for certain Honda motors.

I don't really appreciate the old 'maybe you should search next time line' when the info is not easily found & the info you have found is pretty vague.

Throw it in the bin.

They are rubbish.

If not, take it to a tuner and let them handle it.

THIS - the settings are the same for most 4cyl hondas
iv set heeps of them up before - and as tiksie said - they arnt that great anyway
not much u can really do with them - get hondata instead
