Hey just wondering what size intercooler would be a good fit for dc2r without hacking the front bar up 2 much, I can't measure it up myself because car is getting work done.

Unsure of what core size I should go for 450x180x55mm - 550x155x65 or bigger ect, any help would be good thanks.

Size it to the needs of your engine/turbo setup. Buy a spare front bar and hack away.

The perfect intercooler size is what will it in your car the easiest.
At the end of the day, the 'lag' caused by a larger one will be so minor you won't even care on the street.
And the slightly smaller cooling capacity of the smaller one won't worry you one bit based on the T28 and the low boost the Stock Motor will be running.

Measure your car, buy the most 'fitting'
You don't need an Intercooler that's as wide as your car to make power anyway. Plenty of Honda's out there with 26x8x2.5" Intercoolers with 500hp+
