Annoying high pitched whirring noise

Coming from the passenger side it sounds like, sounds kind of like a supercharger whine or even a fan that gets louder and quietens based on rpms going up and down. Can't hear it with the top down and it does not go away when the clutch is engaged.

Any audio work or grounding work done on the car, can you check if it's from the speakers, sounds like you might have alternator whine, proper grounding can help this.
