Last week i was on my way home coming back from the city one night driving along the M4 motorway doing the normal speed limit... it wasnt until i was getting near the speed cameras wer i slowed down to 90kph, as i was getting closer and closer towards the camera, out of nowhere my left wheels suddenly hit something on the road "BANG".. I dunno wat da f**k it was and i didnt see anything on the road, but it didnt felt like hitting a pothole, it felt more like a bump, coz the impact was heaps hard... Immediatley i knew it done damage to my wheel/s.. i pulled over on the M4 service station to have a look and the back left wheel was flat but the front was fine. I changed the flat tyre to my stockies and drove home normally.. The next day i went to check out the flat tyre out of the boot to have a better look since it was daylight to notice the impact was so bad it had almost caused a hole straight through my 17'rim with low profiles, the tyre was cut so deep it went all the way through inside the actual rim, like it looked like it had been shot with a bullet! no joke. I just recently got my rims 3 months ago to!.. :(
I dunno if i can get it fixed through warranty since i'm the one who caused the damage? besides i havent had the chance to drive back up to Tempe tyres where i got my rims from to show them..
ANYWAY my question is: :!: DOES anyone know any places in Sydney where they can fix up rims???!! and roughly how much would it cost? Any HELP would be much appreciated!.. cheers

**** ey? no good!
sounds like one of those road barriers... i almost hit one, one night, wasnt really aware of it until i past it luckly i was in the lane, i was going to change.... it was one of those concrete barrier things about 3 inch high...
the one from north sydney onto the harbour bridge is a killer at night, its barely visible until its too late!
