Rims no tyres weight roughly 8kg.

it will still be a problem...due to the size of the wheels, the wheel will rotate more than the stock 14" which mean slowing down the car.....but dun worry too much abt it...it wont affect that much..u wont notice...just enjoy !!

does the circumfrence change, what size tire do i get so this doesnt happen

Rolling diameter will be pretty much the same if you choose the right tyres, but the weight will be further out from the center than on a stock rim. So even though the weight is the same, the rolling inertia will be higher.

LOL, aimre when I first bought my Integra she came with a set of ugly as fark 17" ROH Adrenalins. I "upgraded" (;)) temporarily to a set of 14" GSi stockies on loan from a mate. While I'm not sure as to the exact weight disparency (I'd say the 17" was approx 1ish kg heavier), the increase in "torque" and overall driveability was amazing.
