Civic Turbo kit with an engineering certificate

Does anyone own honda civic with a turbo kit with an engineering certificate in Vic? How much does it cost? What is process?

Rdyon3, engineering certs vary depending on who you see, what level of detail they look over your car with, and how much you had to change (away from standard) to accomodate the Turbo Kit.
$500 is a rough figure for the cert, i've heard of N/A cars turboed and engineered for $300, and sometimes they cost over $1000.
Like i said, it depends on how simple/cleanly done the setup is.. Or vice versa

All the engineers i've talked to about my Accord won't quote me until they see the car.
So in my experience "it is that hard".
