Hey people hows the world treating you?

Just wondering what would be some basic mods that i could start with on my FN2?

Im thinking exhaust and intake. Can you do a remap of the ECU or replace it?

Who would do these things, i used to be up with the car stuff.

I would not touch the ECU unless you know what all the things do that it controls.

What are you mainly after?

Do you want better handeling because a new suspension setup will make it better for steering and make the car more enjoyable if you live near twisty roads.

Few members here have done a suspension upgrade.

I would say start with something simple and easy. Reduce un-needed weight from the car(by this remove things are you left in the car).

I think the suspension is ok as it is, kinda hard enough for adelaide roads :P

Im kinda limited on what to do so i have been told to the engine, unless i pull it out and shave the head etc!

any good quality after market exhaust 2.5"- 3"
don't forget clutch and fly, maybe even consider a 5.0 fd while you're at it.

dunno how you'd go about kpro'ing these cars? are they like the dc5s? maybe worth looking at haltec.


if you want you can go with some cams as well, maybe a bigger tb, I/M are pretty good from factory so don't really worry about that (just have it port matched to bigger tb should you go down that path).

If you're real keen for power you can go rotrex super charger. theres a guy in aus with a built engine w/ c38-91 making like 600hp in his fn2r.

All depends on how much you want to spend.
