2004 CL9 Power steering recall and oil pressure issue.

Hi guys. I've noticed theres sign of rupture in on of the hose in my engine. dont know which hose it is but im getting low oil pressure every time the car is warmed up. i dont think im leaking oil from the filter/oil cooler. ive found this website that says that the power steering pump is powered by the pulley and im just wondering if this is what causing the sudden drop in pressure.

ps. i have a shadow oil pressure gauge in my car. been pretty accurate. this is the first time it has happen.
