SRS indicator

Hi all.. it has been a while not around.. how is everybody? :wave:
ok, lets go to the point.
did anyone know what is causing the SRS indicator on the dashboard is sometime always on and the other time is off? and how to fix this problem?

FYI: My car is accord VTI-S '96

try to reset your ECU by removing the NEG terminal on the battery for about 10-15sec and put it back on.
