View Full Version : DIY [CL9] How to change your Cabin Filter.

Aim: To change your cabin filter!
Required: your hands and a new filter

Should be around $20 to your door.

Step 1: Get in your CL9/CU2 ( not sure if the CU2 is the same) open the glove box.

Step 2: Look to the left&right of the glove box for this little arm that holds the glove box and unhook it.

Step 3: Push both sides of glove box inwards so the inside of the clip does not touch the Dashboard.

Step 4: use your knee to hold the glovebox so it doesnt fall all the way down dropping your log book and whatever you have in there.


Step 5: You will now see your Cabin filter thing, there will be two clips that are holding it in place so push those clips inwards and slide the filter out.

Step 6: Have a look at what you've been breathing in!

Step 7: Put in a new one. Then do the reverse order

Other Comments: Shouldn't take you more than 5 minutes, requires no tools and do replace it once a year for your health!!

where did u get the panel filter?

got it on ebay US for around 20 bucks to my door.
