hi.. ive got a 93 dc2 vtir which is on 17' sitting high on std springs n shocks.....
i would like to lower it about 1.5 inches... do i need to change my shocks?? or can i just put king springs or sumfing like that??... ive been gettin different oppinions from ppl... sum1 said its fine... anotha said that it's fine for a little while but the shocks will slowly leak and shit itself??.... i don't wanna spend a $1000 to lower the car i jus wanna buy springs.. but would my shocks shit itself and costs me more in the long run????.. HELPPPP PLZZZ......

in long run. change ru shocks. ur shocks are 12 years old now. i think they are due for a change. U might save money now but u might have to fork out later on. so do it all now and save urself the hasssle later.

if your not willing to spend cash you cant do anything to a car. If you really want it lowered whatever method you choose itl cost you. Your better off getting new shocks, it might cost a bit more but theyre worth the extra money and if you get nice ones you can easily adjust the height any time

thanks dude.... just thought i'd show u a example of a lowered car!! but yea it's good that u decided to get ur shocks done at the same time as ur springs cause that way u kill 2 birds with 1 stone!! u'll be thankful in the long run!! let us know how u go!! g/l :D

i think if you have the money go the adjustable, cause you rather do it right the first time around or you dont do it at all...

that's right i think ill just wait a damn few months.. mite as well get adjustables so ill get a better ride than a bouncy one... if u see a red dc2 vtir on gold but sort of bronze colour rims driving high like a 4wd in syd... thats me.... heuheuhe thank pplz...
