Cl9 06-07 fog lights & modulo lip kit

Hi guys

Let's say I have a cl9 06-07 with factory fog lights and I get the modulo lip kit does the kit sit over the fog lights and cover or do I need new brakets or do they mount to the lip itself ?

Does anyone know, cheers

Im pretty sure you have to cut a section from the bottom of the foglight iirc
