I have a base 2003 Integra DC5 and came with non-leather seats, found a few for sale and was wondering how easy it would be to put in leather seats from another DC5? Eg; a Type R or Type S DC5?

I'd hate to buy them to realize it isn't as easy as I'd think to swap them, would just love some leather seats - thanks!

Um, if they come with rails that suite DC5, should bolt straight in......unless they been played around with...

Unscrew bolts, remove seat and install new one. If you have troubles. Get a "smart" friend to help you out

Goodluck !

Thats what I mean though, I don't know anyone with a Type S so I'm unsure if Type S rails will be compliant with Base rails, anyone able to chime in?

Pretty sure the Type S rails are bolted onto the seats, so they should pretty much come with it.

So it'd be pretty much remove rails plus seats from the Base DC5 and then crew in the rails from the Type S seats and add on the new leather seats? Thanks for the replies! :D

Same chassis.
Same mounting Points.
Direct bolt in.
Can't go wrong as Type S and Type R share same points.
I would expect the base and luxury dc5 to be the same.
