check the battery?
or you can visit an auto electrician
I did a search here

i shorted a speaker wire in a dc5r before lol. deck stop working, central locking stoped working, the beeping noise when key is still in while eng off was beeping.
its one of the fuses in the engine bay next to the battery. cant remember which one, i just got a test light and test them all
