EK4 konis cant fit EK1?

Hi, as above...got some konis yellows off an EK4 and wanting to fix onto EK1..but my fren said that he went to the mechanic and it cant fit...is it possible??:confused:

Same front design and same rear thinner fork design.....

oh? thats interesting....my fd he got a EK4 and he sold his spoon spring to me and it fit directly into my EK1 with no problem....

springs should def. fit.... but as for koni yellow shocks... it should fit...

its not EK4?? isnt it SIR? or is that the same thing..

the black cap that sits on the top of the shocks and springs.. hole is to small to fit the koni thread???? is that fudged or wat? .. does that mean its for ek4? or something.. where the caps are different from cxi? (front shocks.. didnt try the back.. no point.)

saying it shows that all EK koni's are interchangeable.. ? here's a link

they do fit with some adjustments.. alright. so yeh ill keep them and see wat happens..
