Just a quick question. Would a starter motor from a d16y1 eg civic be compatible with a d16a8 eg civic?

Does any D series engine have the same starter motors? like D15 to D16 and vice versa? Because Im thinking of buying a starter from this guy that has a EG8 Automatic D15 and putting it into my EG4 Manual Breeze which is a D15 as well.
