gearbox issue

tried searching, couldnt find info that helped.

ive got a 94 vti r, recently ive noticed that when shifting from 2 - 3 at high revs it will kind of grind/bite into 3rd, and sometimes wont go into 4th easily, takes a few attempts.

just wondering what the problem may be. cheers.

Check the fluid level in the clutch M/cyl and also for any leaks at both the M/cyl and slave cyl.

Sounds like your clutch isn't disengaging fully. Any difficulty getting into reverse or first ?

Typical 2nd to 3rd gear problem on integras, best to change your GB oil, makes a big difference

To me, the fact that you are having engaging problems with 5 of the 6 gears, it points to either the clutch release mechanism or the pressure plate diaghram. If you're not comfortable with fixing it yourself, then as CRXDEL501 says, get it looked at by your mech sooner rather than later.
