what head setup to run

hey everyone
me and my brother are currently building a forged b18c turbo for his em1
we already : wiesco forged low compression pistons
manly con rods
acl bearings through out
metal head gasket
block guard

and was wondering what are the best cams,valves, springs etc to run with a turbo!
any suggestions would be great!!

OEM valves. Supertech springs/retainers. Cams = TODA maybe?
