Is there a tuner in the ACT specializing in turbocharging?

I might invest on an ebay turbo kit (I know it sounds dodgy and all but I've seen quite a few legit vids of it on youtube) and is looking for a tuner in the ACT. My brother told me that DIY-ing a turbo is not a good choice as I need a tuner.
