Where is the Earth connector under the driver dash?

Hi everyone,

I am trying to find where the earth connector under the driver dash so I can test the fuse. I am trying to tap the fuse power to light some LEDs.

Been looking for it all day........Civic FD1

Can some one point it out to me with the photos attached?

just test between the fuse your wanting to test and the chassis/frame. but remember to test on an unpainted bolt/frame.
in the first picture i can see a bolt on the accelerator pedal, top right of the picture which looks like its marked with a green mark.

ground to any chassis part. just make sure part isnt attached to chassis via spot welds/ bolts
