You will be able to use the front coilovers, but the rears have a different setup between VTi-R & type R. VTi-R has fork type lower mounting & type R has eyelet type.

VTi-R (fork type)

Type R (eyelet type)

The two coilovers on the left in the bottom picture are for the rear. You can see the difference between the VTi-R & type R when you compare that section.

Hope this helps & good luck with the build. If you have any drama's, feel free to drop me a PM

Coilovers will fit fine if you're just changing the hubs etc.

Only difference between AUDM and JDM coilover setup is the rear Lower Control Arms (LCA's). AUDM suspension has a 'fork' setup that slides over the AUDM LCA then is bolted together. JDM suspension is an 'eyelet' setup which slides into the JDM LCA and then is bolted together. They're interchangeable so I see no reason why the AUDM style coils won't work after a stud conversion.

So for the AUDM ITR 5-stud do you need to change the LCA's?

I think you can get away with just changing hubs on the rear, as the hubs are held on by a 27 or 30mm nut on a stub axle
