Quick question, fake or real recaros

Read a few threads on fake vs. real but they all say different things and obviously there are many different types of replicas. Anyone can tell me if these look genuine?

flip the seat up and look for a recaro sticker stuck to the base. also there is a thread on honda-tech that explains how to tell by looking at the base support

Look at rhe base and the frame where the rails bolt on to.

It should have SRxxxx ciuld be 3/4 etc...engraved on the metal.

Had a look. MINT condition... couldn't find "sr3" anywhere on the bottom but the base support is this one according to honda tech which is genuine.

The guy showed me the black sr3s in his car and said they have plastic harness holes too. Dunno bout this one... he wants $420 lowest no rail

Fake boobs are usually easy to tell, especially in Asian chicks. They're very round and don't sag much at all for their size (normally oversized too). Also it often states in their patient history that they've had implants. They feel good, firmish but not too firm to be suspicious from feeling alone. Remember, an implant is a roundish kind of disc (made from silicone) that is implanted under the boob itself, so what you're feeling superficially is real tissue. The implant is underneath the real boob.

As for recaros, dude it's so hard to tell from looking if some of these are fakes. Good thing to do the research that you're doing now. From my personal experience they're quite hard especially on the bolsters, so for somebody of decent height/build it can be uncomfortable because you can't move your shoulders/legs much. But for you it should be fine.
Personally I'd prefer any of my OEM seats to a Recaro, except the rare AUDM wide-body Recaros, they're quite simply beautiful like a well done implant :D

Seat is 100% genuine, its an old style SR2. Not many around but I've seen a couple, mostly in black. It used to be mine.. It was never re-trimmed, but I did put a new bolster in the RH side because the old one was squashed.

IMO after owning 5 other recaros. 4 SR4's and 1 SR3 this was my favourite seat. It is same shape as the SR3 but the fabric is nice and soft and doesn't stain like the suede does. I had it coupled with a Vision super low rail in my EG and it was a sweet combo.
