with all the parts you would have to purchase to get it converted to manual , your better off getting a manual dc2 .

save a little bit more and save yourself the hassle dude , youll be better off .

not worth it mun
youll be spenidng to much money to get it into manual

buy jdmd15b eg srs

youre better getting a manual straight out,

unless the dc2 was for free.. i still woudlnt go through the hassle of doing it

uhhh pretty sure dc2's don't come in auto.

you sure you aren't talking about a dc4 gsi?

more importantly, if manual is what you want do NOT buy an auto. the conversion is more expensive and tedious than you may think.

but to answer your question, you would need:

- Manual transmission
- Shift linkages
- Shifter
- Manual ECU
- Clutch kit
- Flywheel
- Manual pedal set
- Clutch master cylinder
- Clutch Slave cylinder
- Clutch hydraulic lines
- Manual shifter plastic surround

not sure but the driveshafts may be different also.
