[CU2] LED Parkers A Defect?

Hey guys, just wondering if my White LED Parkers are a defect, can anyone tell me if its legal or what not, purchased the LED parkers similar to these of ebay.

Its legal as long as they're white.

White LED bulbs to be used for Park lights, rear number plate lights are not illegal as long as they are used for that purpose.

Be sure that the LED diodes/smd are providing illuminance according to the light reflectors.

In other words, just make sure the light beams are scattered to reflect on the reflector.

Had them for quite a while now, just something made me think, if its a defect or not, have the same as Licence plate light also.
